If you order a stock item and a pre-order item your order will be sent in full once the pre order item is ready to be despatched. There are no refunds on Pre Orders as fabric is ordered for these items individually.
Once an order has been made, this cannot be cancelled so please take care when making your selection.
Exchange & Refund Policy Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds.
Faulty or damaged items
All our products are checked thoroughly before being dispatched. If by chance you receive a faulty item please contact us at email@example.com within 5 days to arrange a replacement or credit note.
• We will only accept items that are returned in their original condition (unused, unwashed, undamaged).
• Exchanges and credits can only be issued to the original purchaser.
• The cost of the return delivery will not be covered by Poppy Cotton and is the responsibility of the buyer.
• We recommend that you return your parcel with tracking & signature required, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost. Please also include a self addressed prepaid satchel for the return of your new product - if applicable.
• There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items.
• If the returned items have been used, or if the original packaging has been altered or damaged in anyway, your return will not be accepted.

Colours: Reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic processes allow, however please note that product colours may vary from what is displayed on your computer monitor or device and may vary from monitor to monitor and device to device.
